Privacy Policy

remags.ai is in pre-launch. The full privacy policy will land before the first paying customer; until then, contact privacy@remags.ai with any questions about how data is handled in the beta.

Short version: call audio is processed by our voice provider (Ultravox), transcripts are stored encrypted at rest, and customer PII (resident rosters, knowledge-base documents) is scoped per Organization and never shared.
